Script of Final Task

 Location: Living Room

Charlotte

 "Is there anything you want to watch, Alex?"

Alex

*Shakes his head*

Bella

"Okay, we'll be right back, we'll leave this movie on for you."

*Turns to face TV and points remote at it, before her and Charlotte get up and go to the kitchen*

*Music plays as soon as TV is turned on*

Location: Kitchen

*Compilation of shots between girls cooking, and Alex drawing in front of TV behind music is shown*

Location: Living Room

Charlotte

"Hey what's up Alex! Have you drawn any masterpieces since we were gone?"

Bella

"We were so bored having to cook by ourselves, can we see what you made?"

Alex

*Shuffles through array or drawings and hands one to the girls*

Charlotte

"Woah, you have some crazy art skills little man! Is that a fire?"

Bella

"What's the fire on? *Looks closer* It looks like it's on a table, do you want to be a firefighter when you're older Alex?"

Charlotte

*Sarcastically* "Now I know you don't look at art often, that's obviously a stove, look at the detail! Good job Alex."

Bella

"That's a pretty weird thing to draw on fire, especially for so young. I would think there would be a shark, or monster truck on fire."

Charlotte

*Laughs* "Well I guess he's just especially interested in kitchen safety."

Alex

*Becomes distressed and starts to tug at both of the girls arms and pointing to the kitchen*

Bella

"What's wrong Alex?"

Charlotte

"Hey Bella, you don't smell that do you?"

Bella

*With a moment of realization, runs to the stove to find she left it on*

Charlotte 

"It was still on? But I could have sworn we turned it off."

Bella

"Yeah, I thought so too."

Charlotte

*Picks up Alex's drawing* "Hey I guess Alex saw that we didn't turn it off. Good catch man!"

Alex

*Still visibly upset, looks onto the table and hands Charlotte another drawing*

Bella

"Hey, what's that picture?"

Charlotte

"Um, I'm not sure, looks like a type of black creature behind a door."

Bella

"Very spooky, but I'm hungry so let's hope that isn't a sign we left the oven on as well."

*As Bella sits down, she glances out the dark window, and sees a dark figure, close to the house, and staring*

*Charlotte, noticing Bella's distress, follows her gaze and freezes, as Alex grabs another paper and starts to draw again*
