Production Blog- Additional information!

 What's up gang?

I'll go over all the planning and props we needed to get for our movie in this blog post.

Originally, we used items that we already had as props. For instance, we used a box of crayons that I had at my house for the movie's drawing sequences. We intended for the crayons to appear used because she brought a brand-new box of them. To give them a worn-out appearance, we tore off some of the paper wrapping and fractured some of the larger pieces.

We wanted our outfits to be straightforward and informal. This is so since our film is set within a house, therefore elaborate clothes are not necessary. We wanted the spectator to get the impression that the characters were at ease and relaxed. We intended for Santiago to sport shorts and a t-shirt to highlight how casual the movie is.

Although most of the film was supposed to be shot at night, several of the scenes were actually recorded in the day. The majority of these sequences took place in kitchens.

To make it as dark as possible without losing visibility, we closed all the blinds and turned down the kitchen lights. We had to record several of the sequences with Santiago in the sunlight with the blinds down. This is because he is at his most lively during the day, which is why he appears awake in the movie.
We didn't have any cameras, so we experimented with different phone angles and ways to record the film. In order for the movie to seem its best, we selected the phone with the finest quality. Nevertheless, we had to swap phones halfway through the shoot because the first one did not have enough storage to hold all of the footage.
So Camila and I recorded separate sequences on both phones. We also had assistance from my sister with some of the scene lighting.
That was some additional details regarding the way we film. Thank you!
