Production Blog- Day 2 of Filming!

 What's up gang?

This is a continuation of Camila and I's filming for our final project.

Since it was the only day we could see Santiago, we filmed every scenario he was in on February 14, 2024. We regrouped five days later to record all of the scenes that had gone missing.

In order to truly make a cake, we wanted to begin with the scenes of the materials. We only had one chance to do this, so we made sure everything went flawlessly. We only had one cake mix, so we couldn't afford to make a mistake, so it was a little nerve-racking. But we succeeded in getting every shot just right, and we had fun combining the components.

Following this, we had to film both our moments together in the kitchen and our solo scenes.

Since none of us were in front of the camera, Camila's sister once again assisted us with these moments.

We laughed so much that we took longer than we thought to complete several of the parts. In order to get our sequences just right without them seeming weird, we had to really concentrate.

It has been a lot of fun to film, and I can't wait to edit our movie to get it just how we wanted it. We had to slightly alter a few scenes because we made sure to capture all the necessary angles and perspectives.

I'm very happy Camila and I were able to collaborate on a film for the first time in a long time. Both of us contributed ideas to make our film better and assisted in setting up the scene exactly way we wanted it. Our two days of filming were productive and pleasurable overall.

The editing procedure will now be the next stage of our endeavor. In order to ensure that we both like the final product and that both of our ideas are used, Camila and I will need to collaborate more closely on this.
